For a 2014 you should be able to achieve very low 600's easily. But then again my market is the Los Angeles area where dealerships are aggressively competing with each other.
Not much reason to get into a 2015 unless you really like the new 19" rims they offer.

I know it's a little to early since I need to work out the insurance claim from the accident first but anyways that's what my local dealer has offered me on a 2014 S4:
$57k MSRP, 6% off ANA discount, $1,000 owners loyalty, $1,500 technology credit and first payment on Audi.
39 month lease
Zero cash down
10k miles/year
$707.00/month
Numbers include GA Ad Valorem tax
Is that good??

This is usually a pretty good starting point which you should be able to haggle down to 650/ for sure.
I have heard that the new GA tax is killer. But there should be some room to negotiate - especially off the msrp.

You mean that I am still able to negotiate $50 a month despite that the 7% Ad Valorem tax is included in the payment? Makes my current payment of $640 look high when you consider that I paid the tax out of pocket...

Your payment is pretty good from other payments I have seen on this forum and edmunds leasing forum considering that you live in Georgia.
You probably could have went another 25-35 dollars lower at the most but for a msrp of 57k, and 0 down, thats pretty good!
Hope you like the s4!
