1) they already have tried out the chip in the DSG, and it works just fine.
2) APR themselves said it would likely take 2 weeks for the 2011, then after only a couple of days came back and said things went well and all was ready for 2011.
If you want info and refuse to take what info you are given, this whole message board thing won't go very well for you.

The main issue is that the S-Tronic transmission SW is shifting at a lower RPM than you can do in a 6MT. The APR tune WHP is still climbing past 7K. Will need a S-Tronic SW change to get it to shift at higher RPM.
