The shifter wasn't too bad, but if you mess up, its expensive. The shift boot pops right off using a pry tool and then you remove a metal brace with pliers. After, you use a heat gun on low, heat up the plastic rod and use pliers to twist it, a little at a time, cooling and re-heating each time, until its twisted 90 degrees. The heat and twist should take about 30 minutes if you take your time. No spacers or adapters for the wheels. I ordered them with tires mounted and balanced from elementwheels.com. They threw in wheel blots and locks. We don't need to add tire pressure sensors since Audi doesn't use those with our cars, its built into ABS or something.
