Default Carbon fiber trim around the gauges

Does anyone make carbon fiber trim to replace the silver trim around the gauges?

Does anyone have pictures of this? I'm skeptical about how good it'd look.

If you are skeptical, just remove the trim and have it painted black. I painted mine satin black and it is a HUGE improvement and doesn't cost much. Others have painted theirs gloss black. But that really doesn't match anything else in the interior. IMHO, Audi should be making those pieces black from the factory with the CF and wood trim.

I found a thread with his progress on B8 trim, but he never posted a picture of the dash pieces actually on the car, which was what I was looking for.

DrGP, no offense or anything, but I don't think the black looks that great... at least in the pictures I saw that you posted.

I personally think it leaves too much of a "void" area..... but again, without seeing it in person I can't really comment too much.

I'm not sure what the correct "fix" is... but I haven't seen anything yet that looks better than stock. But that of course probably isn't saying much.
