Is the center armrest supposed to have contrast stichting?

Default Is the center armrest supposed to have contrast stichting?
Mine is black thread on black leather but I have the black and silver interior and everything else has silver thread stitching.

What year is your car? I believe contrast stitching was only on Prestige models, starting in MY12, and might be standard in MY13+

I have a 2010 Prestige, Black Alcantera= titanium stitching on steering wheel and DSG shift boot, black stitching on seats and console.

2011 Prestige with black and silver interior and the center armrest is black with silver stitching.

Mine is 2013 Premium Plus. I have silver stitching on the steering wheel, seats, and shift boot, but not on the center armrest.

Based on the replies, I am reminded that the new thing for MY12 is the contrast stitching on the *door armrests* for prestige trim level.

I have black Nappa and contrast stitching on seats, center armrest and door armrests. MY13 Prestige.

I think it is a Prestige feature. My 2010 Black leather has black stitching on the console.
