Got word today from my SA. Car should be at the dealer on the 31st! Got an appointment at 3pm. I'm going to try and take her out for a night photo shoot before I head off to my New Years Eve party in SF.

Up here in Canada, they take a day or two - often more - to turn the car around from arrival at the dealership to delivery to customers.
My car was supposed to arrive at my dealership (Pfaff) today, but didn't. I'm scheduled for Wednesday morning but they told me that's unlikely even if the car arrives first thing Tuesday morning. Grrr.
Now I'm hoping to get it on the weekend, or I'll have to wait until I'm back from travelling mid-month.

My car's been at the dealership since this past Saturday, but won't be able to pick it up until Weds. I actually got to see it today...what a tease.

Yeah, the wait for my car is finally over as the car's been at the dealership since Saturday (Dec 26th) and was ready to pick up late this afternoon. But, I didn't get home from the office till 6:30 this evening and didn't have the energy to make the half hour drive, esp. since the dealership closes at 8:00. I'd planned to pick up the car tomorrow (Tuesday) anyway, but tomorrow's weather is supposed to be in the mid 30s with a 30% chance of rain/sleet all day! Now, Wednesday & Thursday are supposed to be clear and hit a high of 60 and 67 degrees, respectively. Hmmm...decisions, decisions...*sigh*

These 'month deliveries' threads do a nice job of providing an impromptu support group. I'm not sure if it's worse that I can't get the car yet, or that I might have been reading the wrong thread for a month.

Quick update.
Picked up the car yesterday, and I couldn't be happier. Definitely well worth the wait. I find myself making up any excuse to go for a drive.
Surprisingly, I have yet to see another S4 on the road despite there being quite a few here in the bay area from this forum alone.
Hope to see you guys sometime soon!
