Yes, I should have clarified that. I got the values from ALG here:

What's ALG residual value? Those numbers don't align with the Audi Finance leasing numbers.

ALG (Automitive Leasing Guide) is now owned by Truecar.com (they seem to own just about everything these days). They provide industry averages for leases. Different lease companies can be higher or lower for any reason they want, which is why it pays to shop around just as you'd do with finance rates. How much different are they (currently for 36 mo Prem+ the ALG average is 51% and prestige is 48%) via AFS?

My quote is 60% residual with 10k miles only. I think the super low leasing APR is really attractive, you can basically lease it, and then take 3 years to decide whether you wanna buy it without any financial loss.
The down side is you can't extensively mod the car in lease (if you plan to return it).

Just want to throw something into this conversation because I am confused. Unless they made some crazy changes from 2011 to 2012. I have a Prem+ and I have a dimming rear view mirror with a compass. I also have a DVD player in the NAV that works. The only thing I do not have is memory seats.

This isn't a mistake. The Prestige and S-Line cars have always had a 2-3% lower residual value than some of the lower trim cars. Audi is basically saying that the additional cost up front for those features won't add any value to the car when it comes time to sell it. It's not a mistake and is very carefully calculated in the residual values.
Yep, it makes absolutely no sense that a premium plus with all options toward prestige (except side assist, stitched nappa armrests, and adaptive headlight which aren't available as individual options) is worth more than a prestige that has those 3 options. This has to be a mistake that hasn't been caught yet.
In dollar terms, no other options added in, the premium plus has a residual value of $27706 after 3 years, while the prestige, which has those 3 extra options but is otherwise identical, has a residual value of $27012. How could those 3 options have negative value? Sure those 3 options may not be worth the $1950 MSRP Audi charges, but NEGATIVE $700 after 3 years??
So I guess if there's a chance you may buy the car at lease end the prestige could make sense (in the private sale market, based on KBB.com figures, the prestige is worth about 4% more than the comparable premium plus, BUT...none of the online car pricing guides give any premium for the sport differential or the ADS, which also makes no sense. KBB is the only one that has a check box to add value for the prestige (at least that was true several months ago when I was still looking), but nothing for ADS or SDiff).

I think for 2012
Dimming rear view mirror: standard on Premium
Memory seats: standard on Premium
DVD player: included in Navigation package on Premium
