Difficulty shifting 2010 6MT
 

This has been getting worse in my 2010 6MT S4. When the weather or car is hot, getting into reverse, 1st or 2nd is especially hard. No issues when it's cold though. Wondering if it is clutch (car has 91k miles, and might still be on the original clutch), slave cylinder, throw-out bearing or synchros. Since it is only when it is warm I'm thinking it's not synchros, but maybe I'm just being optimistic!

There are no issues shifting when the engine is off.

^^ slave and or the spring tension in the metal on the pressure plate is failing when heated up after driving.
