Hello all,
today had a pleasure to test drive an S4 for the second time and pretty much set to order one shortly.

Dealer shared a slide that I've attached here that shows two new-for-2012 colors - Monsoon Gray and Moonlight Blue in comparison to colors they replace. Pics are rather small, but hopefully will be helpful to some.

I have my mind set on Moonlight Blue, but can't decide on the interior combination.
It's between Mustang brown/black and Spectral Silver/black Nappa leather.
Silver/black looks better to me but dealer said that silver is very light and will show signs of wear very soon. Also mentioned something about blue jeans leaving marks on silver. I found one post from a while ago on this forum that confirmed that and another that said its not that bad.

I am looking for feedback from current owners who chose silver/black leather combo. How's that silver leather holding up?

If you're in the US, you might have to go with the silver/black...the brown has been eliminated from the 2012 model guide.

brown/black still available for 2012 if the attached color guide is to be trusted, but perhaps that's just for Canada.

Does anyone have silver/black combo and can comment on wear of silver Nappa?

Strictly from practical standpoint - does the silver get dirty quickly as dealer claimed? How is the leather holding up?

Better yet, can anyone please post pictures of their silver/black interiors?

My dealer was also warning against Silver/Black as they were getting tired of dealing with the post-purchase service issues of color bleed from jeans to the seats. I landed on black/black as I didn't need another thing to be **** about when cleaning this vehicle!

I had silver leather in my B5 S4 and it picked up color badly from pants and whatever else. Never, ever again will I do a light color seat.

like me. Had two B5 S4s with silver Nappa, one for 8yrs. It still looked pretty good when I sold it however you really had to baby it.
