At dealer, what should be a starting ground for negotiation being 2 years old, but never sold?
Any input, realistic input

If it were a '15, I'd say 6% off MSRP minimum (ACNA discount). If it were '14, I'd say 10-12% off MSRP, so for a '13 I'd be thinking 12% - 15% off, if not more (or I'd buy a newer one). You will take major depreciation hit once you drive off as you know...
You should also get Audi Loyalty or Conquest on top of discount.

One nice advantage of buying an older untitled new vehicle is that your resale value may be a bit better, as you should have less annual mileage than another person that purchased their 2013 in 2013 or late 2012 when the new models rolled out. Something to consider.

Maybe it is just me, but warning bells are going off. I would need a good reason for why the ultra low miles at that age. It can't have been a personal car for the owner or a salesman. If it truly was never titled, it can't have gone to someone with a personal catastrophe or family death. A normal dealer would have marked it way down and sold it months after the release of the 2014 model. We are now well into 2015. All I can think of is a major mechanical or body problem from the factory which took a long time to repair because of a legal dispute between the dealer and AudiUSA or the insurance company. Maybe the delivery company's insurance company. There is a story here, but if the dealer is not willing to tell it I would walk and never go to that dealer again.
