No better than the torsen, except for the 5lb weight reduction, which is pretty insignificant in a car with seats that weigh 150lb.
I don't want a center differential that biases torque around. I want it to lock and send an equal amount of power to both axles. This is how the Evo X ACD and Subaru DCCD works.
Then again, that doesn't make for a sexy sales pitch as 'from the wheels that slip to the wheels that grip', does it?

As far as doubt: after bringing the '13 in for service I asked the technician and the SA whether the car has crown gear or torsen, both said that it had the latter and that only RS had the crown gear.
I pinged Audi's live chat help and they confirmed pointing to the press kit.
