Rough Idle

We purchased a 2015 S4 with 41k miles about three weeks ago. My wife noted a rough idle, which didn't seem out of line to me. I told her to
bring it in, as it's covered by warranty. The dealer found two items and repaired both free of charge. The first item was a valve that was not functioning
properly, (I don't have paperwork handy), and a collapsed motor mount. They fixed both and the car idles as smooth as any car I've had.

I've just purchased a 2010 S4 with 13K miles on it. The car runs extremely well, but the idle seems a bit rough. It's idling around 600-700, and you can feel the reverberation through the seats. Any thoughts? The car seems extremely well maintained and has never been in an accident.
