I really like the look of this grill. My concern is that the removal of the foam across the bumper would change the integrity of the front end of the car in the event of an accident. The front would sustain more damage and the airbags could potentially go off much sooner than they are engineered to do.
For that reason alone, I would bet an Audi dealer wouldn't touch this with a 10' pole.

There are a few diy installs for this grill. If you have a little experience with basic tools you should have no problem

There is a group buy going on for the RS4 mesh grille. ~107 people were lined up for this but unable to execute it properly because of sponsor issues over on Azine.
Anyway the GB is still going on for 9+ days for anyone interested it is very cheap if 100+ people are in.

Has anyone put this on an S4? I know when I bought mine they realized that the s4 and a4 had different grills as I was trying to switch out the front license plate holder for a clean non license plate look.

I was not aware that the S4 and A4 grilles are not interchangeable.
IIRC the A4 gloss black grille from ECS fit fine on someones S4 here.

Any idea on how much a body shop would charge to put this on? 100 bucks? And i am guessing if the audi rings can go on it that you can use the S4 emblem instead of the RS4 one provided with the kit.
