Splitter dinged *sigh*

(apparently, my first thread was not titled in such a way to get responses)

My first 'nick'. I bumped the splitter on a curb trying to get close enough to an air line to add a little air to the new winter tires. (TPMS complained)

Any idea what it costs to replace that? (looks like it goes up the front alongside the grill, and has to be painted)

It's not broke, but the 2 little dents stick out as soon as you know they are there. I'll probably wait till summer, but am curious how much to set aside...

(my apologies for the clutter, I forgot to look at 'views' on the old one. Looks like nobody has any relevant info on this.)

If you take a look at ecstuning.com I think they may have splitters you can buy but they are not cheap. Do you have any pics of the damage? I know you can tell there is damage (I know it hurts - just had a rock slam into my hood that dented and scratched it) but that part of the car is tucked nicely under the bumper and I'm guessing it would be pretty difficult to see the damage. Don't know if it is worth replacing especially since it could easily happen again. Post some pics so we can take a look and help you out more.

Hmm.. that's not the right part. It's the body colored part, maybe that is called the air dam. The splitter looks to be in the middle, this is the part that goes around the lower front of the car (foglights come through it).

I'll try to get a good picture today, weather has been crappy here in the NW for a while. (Cold this morning though)

I try and keep my distance from curbs to prevent damage to our beautiful front end. I have come close a couple times. In fact if the car had been lowered I would have ****ed the front end at least once. Good luck on your repair.
