I thought I'd throw this up on the boards. After a very hot day I closed my door and saw something black pinching between the door and bottom frame of the car. Wondering what it was I took a look under the door and found the rubber seal that keeps the water out unglued from the door frame. With the car being under warranty, I took it back to my dealership and was told that they would not only repair the drivers side but the passenger side as well, as they saw the same problem. The tech said that he believed there was a TSB for this. Either case, they ordered two complete rubber seals and will be fixing the problem at no cost to me. They said this would be a half day job bc the adhesive would have to dry completey, so a loaner would be provided. I will post how all this works out in a couple of days. SHould be getting the call that the parts are in three days.

Another quality issue. I'll be taking mine in soon for my 55,000 km service. At that time I will enquire about the door seals re TSB. At that service they are installing a new glovebox handle which fell off in my hands not so long ago.
