Hi there,
There are a few companies out there that sell the tuning software, i.e, Unitronic, Integrated Engineering, APR, etc. I'm not sure who makes the best, I'm leaning towards IE but not fixed on it. Also if I'm planning to upgrade the supercharger pulley later should I purchase Stage2 software and skip Stage1 or is it necessary to do Stage1 first? Thanks for any help.

APR or GIAC. I would go straight to stage 2 plus supercharger pulley with DSG tune (if you have DSG).

between those two companies I mentioned, GIAC does have a flash loader where you can flash at home. APR i think you have to pay to flash back to stock.
