UPDATE OF ECU BY FAILURE OF SOFTWARE, S4 WITH APR STG1
Hello, I have an audi S4 B8.5, 2013 with APR stage 1, the car presented a software error and I must updating the ecu software
Audi Technical services determined that the control module of the water pump are reporting, the error but mechanically the pump is working fine. the error code is P1B1C00 - "Coolant System Fault! turn off engine".
THE QUESTION IS:
1.-¿I must return to stock mode the engine before doing this update?.
2.-or ¿can i update without the ECU suffering some kind of damage?.
my car is not under warranty, I do not mind audi detect the code TD1
