US Mobile sim active but will not connect
This is my 3rd S4, and the first with Audi Connect.
I just picked up a 2013 Prestige Estoril Blue with Sport Diff, Nappa leather and 19" rims and tires. 29,000 miles, still under Audi warranty and I purchased a total exclusionary warranty for 100,000 miles/72 months after purchase. I picked up a US Mobile SIM and activated it with 1GB/mo. Too much, I know... I cleared the fields out and loaded "apn" into the MMI. The system has sent and received minor amounts of data (KB). When I select the Google maps or Audi Connect, the system hangs and times out. The Connection status shows good to Very Good. Any insights? Do I need to get the dealer to update the modem? US Mobile said they would call me back with support, but they have not yet. |
You're not connected to the internet.
The connection settings for US Mobile should be: APN: pwg User name: enter a blank space PW: leave blank |
Thank you snagitseven - I actually had it as "png". I switched it to "pwg" and had instant success!
