Will S5 wheels with lower offset work on B8?

Will S5 wheels with lower offset work on B8?
I am a newbie when it comes to wheels... I am looking to purchase a set of S5 wheels with winter tires from a local seller.
The offset on the 2012 S4 is -28, whereas the B8 S4 has an offset of -47.
I know they will bolt on but will they create any issues? Do I need spacers? Thanks in advance!

Check out the Hartmann S5 replica as it is ET 38 offset (HS5-209-GS), I have the same ET on mine with the Rotor reps and there is no problem at all.

I think it will be more of a rub issue instead of needing spacers. The stock S5 wheel is going to protrude out in the wheel well more than on an S5.

Found out they are Hartmann HRS4 wheels and it is ET38 per their website.
Audi B8 S4: 2010 (17" ET32, 18" ET32, 18" ET47, 19" ET38, 20" ET40)
Audi B8 S5: 2008+ (17" ET32, 18" ET32, 19" ET38, 20" ET25)
I think I am going with these wheels since they are better quality wheels than buying a set of cheap set from the Tire Rack.

So I have my Hartmann S5 wheels on...
HRS4-252-GS 19"x8.5" ET38 - I love the look, flush on the side and filled up the wheel gap. I only rub during big bumps.
Right now I have stock size 255/35/19 winter tires on. Should I 1) go with skinnier tires 235/35/19s or 2) roll my fenders?
