Just curious how the current MMI connect app interacts with the new B9 using Android. I have a B8.5 S4 and the MMI connect app is pretty limited as far as interaction with the car. It allows the usual media stuff, navigation, parking location etc but not really any lock/unlock functionality. If anyone is currently using the MMI app (on Android) with their B9 I'd love to hear from you. Thanks in advance

A lot of new features appear in the app once connected, but you have to jump thru hoops on the site to activate each feature

I believe I answered a similar question asked by someone else? Or was it you? Anyway. Like I said there, it has all the functionalities you mentioned plus lock/unlock, car status which shows whether lights are on/off, hood closed/open, windows up/down, oil level, fuel level, range, mileage of the car, how many days left for oil change and for inspection, etc etc. There is also a tab for setting a valet speed limit (sends you notifications if the speed limit is crossed) and also another tab for warning messages from the car (I haven't seen anything on that till date).
