The AWE Project B9 S4.

When it comes to Audi performance, no name pulls ahead of AWE. From our original B5 S4 Silver Bullet (which appeared in Forza Motorsport 2) to our last generation run-away hit B8 line that became the go-to for all things S4, AWE has always had a soft spot for the four ringed alpha.

Enter the next generation of S. Like it's predecessors, the B9 will again get the royal AWE treatment. The AWE exhaust lineup is comprised of our Touring Edition Exhaust (featuring AWE's signature drone-canceling solution 180 Technology), to our raucous Track Edition (the design to wake the neighbors), to our best-of-both-worlds valved SwitchPath™ Exhaust.

On the intake front, we're proud to be introducing our AirGate™ Carbon Intake line for the B9, with a removable "gate" to allow more sound, or less, depending on your mood. And lastly, the AWE ColdFront™ Intercooler, coming soon.

Altogether, AWE is bringing a no-comprises suite of hardware to the B9 S4, showcased with our in-house development vehicle, right here.

Looks awesome. How's the AIr intake? I was thinking of getting one. Is there really a difference in HP or is it more for sound?

Beautiful! Well done.

I'm specially interested in the wheel setup! Do the Vossen VFS6 wheels come in gunmetal or other colors? can you have a "deeper" concave of the VFS6 in the rears and keep these in the fronts (to clear the sports breaks)?

How much did the H&R springs lower the car?

I would refer to their site on exact finish options. We went as deep with the concave as we could, and we like our dishes around here :)

The Dyno report makes a reference to a piggyback, but I couldn't find which one. What "piggyback" are you using in these tests with the S4? thx

Seconded... would love to know more about this Seems to me they may have some proprietary in-house piggyback they run to provide us with enhanced dyno figures for marketing purposes. They did the same thing with their exhaust suites, as well. Not that it didn't stop me from buying their touring exhaust... but everyone knows we buy those for acoustics, not performance.

Equipped for any occasion. The Project B9 S4 is now complete.

We added a radical Thule configuration and collaborated with our friends at Keswick Cyle and Cannondale. See the full gallery right here, and the press release here..

Looks like 1.5" or more. Measuring my own car's front fender to tire clearance, 1" doesn't even bring it anywhere near the rubber. This car looks slammed.

Keep in mind it has 20x9.5s on it.
