Default Did your car come with identical keys?
I was just tidying up a bit and I noticed that my car keys aren't identical in appearance. Is this normal?

Yes, certain car settings get stored on the keys so they are different in case you have multiple drivers.

My B8.5 stored settings on the keys but both looked the same. Nice to be able to tell them apart.

Mine are identical. They both look like the key on the right.

New style key fobs come as an unmatched pair to identify A and B driver settings, as stated previously!

Yes, my car was delivered on 7/11/18 and came with two different looking keys just like yours.

Mine comes just like OP's
My wife of course took the silver plated one. I got the plastic one but with modification it is not so bad : )
