So on the Canadian Audi website when configuring the car i noticed that the 3D 19 speaker isn't available as an option instead we get the 12 speaker sound system, is this some sort of error because the US and European S4 have the 3D sound system as a standard and would be pretty bummed out for not having that as a goodie.

Just peaked at the configurators for both US and Canada and it seems you are right...you guys get a 12-speaker. That's a bummer for sure!

I personally had no idea there were two versions of the B&O stereo -- in the US you automatically get the 19-speaker w/ 3D sound version which is no-questions-about-it awesome. I wonder if that's why the OP in the Amplifier Install thread was bashing on the B&O stereo. I do concede that the stock 10-speaker non-B&O system is terrible, but I believe that comes on A4 Premium (the bottom of the barrel base B9 trim in the US) only.

There is a mistake ...I ordered car from Canada and got the optional 19 speaker 3D B&O system.

I also verifed with my dealer and Canada has the 19 speaker 3D B&O system...so not to worry lol.

Just wanted to correct myself I meant I just check my local dealer inventory and all there S4's on lot have the 19 speaker system and checked my order form which also has the 19 speaker option.

Unless any car ordered from this date on only gets the 12 speaker system??? Not sure why they would change considering must be different door panels etc for less speakers be more cost to change configuration?

Maybe someone who gets the 12 speaker system can let us know ?

According to the 2018 Audi Canada S4 Order Guide, it is the B&O 3D Sound System. I think the person in charge of putting up info in the Audi Canada website either did a boo-boo or got handed the wrong info by someone in marketing.
