@stanj - those part numbers appear to be designed for the B9 Allroad. Not only does the Allroad sit quite a bit higher than the S4, but I believe it has different shaped fenders as well.

I just did that before posting my response which is a FACT. I went to the Audi USA, Ireland, and UK accessory websites. Those mud flaps are not meant for the B9 S4. Will they fit a B9 S4, sure since it is the same body style. If you are using it, fine. No one is faulting you for that But, officially, they're not.

So I have the mudflaps for the wife's B9 Allroad and can confirm that they don't fit well on the S4 compared to the Allroad. I could make them fit, but it would look really sloppy and would have significant gaps. I still haven't installed them on her car so i could take pics. If I needed mud flaps I think I would rather fit some rally mud flaps.
