ECS Tuning-Audi

The B9 A4 and S4 comes with quite underwhelming trunk illumination which is fine, as long as you only put your stuff on the left side of the trunk. There is one light on the driver's side and nothing but a cutout where a light housing should be on the passenger's side. We were frustrated so we designed a custom harness and coupled it with a matching Genuine Audi LED light housing for true OEM level integration.

Agree, great upgrade. There was a forum member making these custom for about the same price (OK, a little less but this is not a completely unreasonable price) a while ago; I purchased one through him shortly after taking delivery. The install took about 5 minutes and the lighting upgrade (along with a second grocery hook) really completes the trunk especially when you're in and out of it constantly in parking garages / during the evening hours. Puzzling why this is the place Audi chose to save a few bucks; these parts must really only be a couple dollars at the scale Audi produces and buys them from suppliers in.

I too, got this from the member (he's in Canada) before this ECS advertisement came out. It's worth the money.
