a few of us were driving to dinner last night.....
we kinda boned out at a light.....but slowed down.....later on down the street we all got pulled over.....the cop didn't even see us...just heard us (1 particular car, heh heh ) and tagged us all with speeding, tint, no front plate etc tickets...basically he saw a bunch of fixed up audis and assumed we were all speeding and nabbed us...no radar...no nothing

So, they pull over audi's for stupid reasons like that in CA? geez that sux
I knew some friends that got pulled over for stuff like that with Honda's, but no one that I know in AUdi's. Im in Atlanta.
The cops hate the ricers in atlanta. Good reason, since there is soo freaking man.

You should be able to get out of the speeding part easy . . .
1. He didn't see you (how can he gauge your speed?)
2. No Radar or photo radar (how can he gauge your speed?)
3. No Sound Clips (how can he gauge your speed?)
4. He didn't even pace you guys, speeding should be tossed with a quickness, I can argue that one by myself!

But what does it say on the ticket?
He usually has to state what method he used to gauge your speed. If that is not there, then you should be ok. Just make sure you dress up (like Walter when he goes to work ;-P) and you should be ok. Be eloquent, or make sure that your lawyer is! Free to go baby!!!
As a side note, I always call my voice mail and record the exchange w/the officers...just in case ;-)

He got us all for speeding 60 in a 40 zone (not measured), illegal tint, no front license plate, and he got me for no registration (Despite the fact Audi hasn't sent me the pinche title yet so i CAN'T register)
