There is no physical evidence for him to prove all of you were going that fast
So what if he's a cop, he has to show the judge how & why he determined that you were going 60 in a 40. If what you all say is true & there are no measurements & he didn't see you perform the flybys that all of you are capable of, then it should get dismissed with minimal question. The speeding charge should be dismissed, the others are on you guys (plus the reigstration is just a fix-it ticket anyway bageldog)
