If you have a question or problem to/for/from a tuner/reseller and you only email them and don't get a response,
CALL THEM and DON'T BITCH about them not responding to your email here on AW.
I'm f'ing tired of it. These guys probably get 100+ emails a day and just because you're waiting for a response doesn't mean they have the time to properly respond to every email.
If you want something, CALL THEM.
***NOW, if you *call* and they don't answer immediately, leave a message if possible. If you don't hear anything in a couple hours and you want to order or check on an order, CALL BACK.
If you've called several times and left messages, and noone is returning your calls, THEN by all means,
feel free to bitch about it here on AW.
Thank you, that is all.

no, emails are for *low priority* stuff. I emailed Hoppen and it took over a week to get a response.
**** happens. If I needed info NOW so I could place an order, I'd call instead.

I agree, calling is the only way to get a quick answer, but...
it is pretty pitiful when you get a faster response from a tuner when a message is posted here than from an email sent directly to them.
