Where would be the cheapest place that I can get an APR ECU Explorer?

I am very much impressed by how much better I can log my car with it. (Better sample rate)

Also wanted to make sure: APR ECU Explorer will work with Ross Tech Vag Com Key-USB cable.

If I knew, I'd solve it. It just doesn't work. I can't even get it to work with APR supplied cable.
