why not just focus on the issue at hand: your product in question
cracking manifolds and exploding flywheels? why don't you talk about the quality of your product?

I think its funny how all these people are buying "race" Products install them there selves and beat
the **** out of there car and expect the same warrantee they would find on a kia?? I wonder if race teams have there suspension parts warranteed??

This is very old news.
Flywheels- Our flywheel manufacturer had a problem. They fixed it years ago. Tone ring issue. The manufacturer replaced all the flywheels that were wrong. They continue to do so.
Manifolds- We have had some crack. Some caused by us, some caused by installer errror. They are made in house so we do our best to make sure they don't crack again, but we are not going to warranty something that was not our fault.
We don't pay for labor. Nobody pays for our labor when we get something from someone else that fails. Why are we any different?
Anything else?
I want to know STGeleventyS4's exact story. If I know more about him, I am better equipped to respond.

and how AWE manifold welds come apart
is that a design feature?
also, isnt a "race" product supposed to be designed for racing? if it was a consumable product, why would they back it with a "lifetime warranty?"
im not even going to bother mentioning the whole fiasco IBG had to deal with
I'm just saying ... is integrity and honesty dead these days? im totally on a short leash lately because i am sick of dealing with hack businesses. it seems that THE MAJORITY of car related businesses are like that.
heres a perfect example. i drop off wheels last week to TRU-WHEELS just to have tires dismounted. I call this morning before work to go pick them up and the guy tells me to come by after work. I say "why cant I come now?" He says he didnt do them yet ... I tell him I get out of work at 6pm, will he still be there: yes of course. I call at 4pm to confirm that I will be there at 6pm. he says "yep, ill wait for you" ... i drive through an hour of boston traffic, arrive there at 5:50pm ... place is closed! LOL
