Please specify what chip you(or your friend) are using, average temp, and if possible, what the boost spikes are as well.

Default spikes to ~18psi, and holds steady at 15psi, GIAC chip

when I had the faulty Forge valves, it would hold at 15psi, but would then drop to 13-14psi. No more of that.

Default APR...

On the highway from 3000rpms and up, I'll see close to a steady 16 psi.

Below 3000 rpms, I'll see a spike near 21 psi.

Default A spike to near 21 is not good. I would not be comfortable with that.

with Street gas and no EGT gauge. Who knows whether our stock fuel system can supply enough fuel for that boost. I would talk to The boyz at APR to discuss this with them

There's more than enough fuel....Plus, the car doesn't hold 21psi.

Default APR, 14 psi steady, no apparent spikes.

The 8th LED (16 psi) on my EdP digital boost gauge never lit. Forge stealth DV's.
Oil temp was 225-250 at VIR

Default High or not........There is enough fuel is what I was saying.

If you are running that high of boost at high rpms, then the risk of over spinning the turbo is higher. If he was maintaining 21 psi at 5500rpm, then I'd be concerned. The key is how fast is that turbo spinning. The turbo making 21psi at 3000rpm is not as hot, nor is spinning as fast as it would at 6000rpm trying to make that boost load.
