and this guy e-mailes me about them we strick a deal and he says send them, he sends the money, i blow off 3 people....this is all Wendsday afternoon, i say i will ship in the morning (thursday) through my shipping dept at work... no problem....I drop them off Thurs morning and walk up to my office, have a couple meetings and have to leave the building about 2:30 for lunch/meeting w/ the owner and bosses...alls good...

I come in today and get an email from Pay Pal that this guy reversed the charges... i see where he sent an e-mail @ 3:45 asking for a tracking number but i had already told him before due to how i ship(through work) i normally get the number the next day Via
E-mail and would forward him....

now since i was not sitting thier wating for this email from him @ 3::45 i didnt get it till this morning...
the problem now is the stuff has left and i have been screwed outta payment and the kid is not awnsering my email I realize he may not be sitting there waiting for my e-mail but.....

am i outta line here?

Call the delivery company and see if they can stop the delivery.

Buyer didn't get the tracking number, they pulled back the money. Assuming he's got the tracking number now...wait to hear from him. Don't blow this out of proportion, or you'll never hear from them (and that would be bad).

Call delivery company, they can stop shipment...most likely...you paid for it..
