Default Never knew 1 bar did not equal 1 atmosphere. Why's that so?

This explains why some say 14.7psi and others 14.5psi. I got 14.7psi when I tried to calculate it before knowing about this change. BTW, I'm a lawyer, not an engineer, so I have no reason why I should know this.
