6th gear is like .68:1 or so... only thing to watch out for...
is having rpm's too low for the load at that speed. The rpm's match with oil distribution.. in other words, the faster the engine turns, the faster the oil moves. So, if you slow the engine down at that speed (like if you decide to raise the ratio/lower the number) then the load may cause the engine to wear excessively. Just something to think about. I don't know where the breakeven point is.
