2 topics...re: oil and re: washing
I've got about 1300 miles on my S4...what oil should I use to top it off during the first few thousand miles, i.e. before it goes in for the first oil change. Should I use the 0W-30 Mobil-1 synthetic for that (since people recommend that for the actual oil changes)? There's really no way to know for sure exactly what oil is in there now right (as far as trying to match it I mean)?
How do I gently wash bugs off the front of the car without damaging the clear coat and paint?
Also, I noticed some very slight scratches on the trunk (probably due to my occasional carelessness)...can I just use the 3M Hand Glaze on that section to get rid of those or do I need to do the whole car? That is, if I wash the whole thing, but glaze only the trunk, then wax the whole thing, will that work well? Or should I not glaze/wax at all yet since the car is still so new?
Thanks for helping to answer my newbie questions.

Oil: Dino 5W30 would do (0W30 would be ok too), Bugs (m)
You can simply go to the high pressure car wash and soak them with soap then rinse them good, gone!
At home, soak them with the hose, then use a washing mitt with some car wash solution, rinse, done.
About the swirls, yeah, 3M hand glaze will do, you can just do the trunk if you want, wax whole car in couple of months.
