2000 S4 w/130k miles for 400hp build?
I'm considering buying a 2000 S4 with 130k miles with all maintenance done. Will it be able to handle mods to produce 400 to 450hp?? If so, what should i start out with???

as with any car, it really depends on how the car was maintained..
You say all maintenance was done. If true, I would have no problem buying one with that mileage to modify. I would start out with pulling the engine for turbos, clutch & downpipes.

Thanks guys, all responses are appreciated, looks like i'll be on my way! Anyone have a ballpark on what it will cost to get to the 450hp range??? I'm a novice but would like to do as much of the work as i can myself. Thanks again!
