Have you looked for oil in the intake tract ? You can remove you
IC hoses and look for excessive oil buildup, you can remove your BPV's also and see what doing there ... Maybe you are running rich, are you sure it's oil ?
Any white smoke ? Maybe you are smelling an exhaust leak, or you have a common S4 oil leak.

If one of your turbo's let go completely you would know it, white smoke
up the ying yang. Are you experiencing any unusual turbo noises, siren sounds etc. Search the forum, there are many threads regarding failure, siren sounds etc. You may have an oil leak somewhere, could be an oil line leading to one of the turbos, or elsewhere .. The dealer may not want to deal with it, you may have to find the problem yourself and then show them.

Could be anything : a bad head gasket, rings, ... or a bad turbine seal (Jacob, is that possible ?)
I think it's possible to have a bad seal on the turbine side that would leak oil into the Cat
But for any reason burning oil is not a good sign and it needs immediate attention.
