Default 2006/7 Mustang GT - 2.....2001.5 Audi s4 (stock, piggies-back) - 0

Well...

On my way to fill up the s4 with some 93oct with my buddy, we encounter a black, heavily tinted new-style Mustang GT (looked and sounded stock). Contemplated, "should I, should I not" for a little bit, but I decided to go for it. Here's the outcome:

- Rolled out, no launch, crisp shifts. Dead even at end of 1st. Shifting into 2nd, I could see him pull many lengths. By 4k of 3rd gear, he was up 2.5-3 lengths. I shut down by then.

- 2nd attempt @ Red light. Decent launch, not the greatest. 3k hold, 3.5k upswing feather, had him by 3/4 a car but same story as I hit 2nd gear. Shut down at middle of 3rd gear.

Ford is beasting these things up! High beamed him as it was way too much like the icey tundry outside to wave or give him the thumbs-up.

Does this sound about right? Or should it have been a closer outcome. My check engine light is still on from the Piggie-pipies. Possible boostleak? Probably going to P-Test to diagnose anything.... =/

Mods in my sig. [piggies w/ cats, center-res deleted Neuspeed G2, STOCK SOFTWARE]

BTW it was about 28 degrees outside. Felt lower IMO.

I guess it would've been a world of a different story if Thursday came sooner with an ASP-flashed ECU.

Thanks and goodnight fellow AW's. Happy motoring!

Default *shakes head* stock boost + Piggies is prob a slower car lol

too much flow and not enough boost to take advantage of the Piggies. ASP programming couldn't come soon enough! ;-P

PS. Mustang GTs are slow either way 8^)
