Never I repeat never go for the 39 month lease. Sure it makes the payments a little less, but who in their right mind would want to take the risk of having a leased car for 3 months with no warrenty.

If your dealer, let alone AoA want your repeat business, they'll cover warrantee work for an extra 3 months. Often, the rates are so much better for a 38 or 39 month lease, that it's worth it. Plus, I understand that if you've leased through AoA and turn in the car for another AoA lease, they'll waive not only the turn in fee (~$250) but also the first month's lease payment.
