I have that same sound! I'm about 6,000 miles from being out of warranty too! What should I do?????

Be damn sure you buy an extended warranty?

If I take it to the dealership and tell them about the noise, will they replace the turbo?

Maybe, keep pressing them. Force them to give you denials of replacement in writing...
 

...and go over your service manager's head, as it's not his call anyway for turbo replacement.

Not to mention 0-60 in 7 seconds!
 

My second failure sort of snuck up on me and it was the "charge pressure deviation" DTC and the fact the car was SO SLOW.

The noise only started right at the end.
