ABS Control Module Rebuild

ABS Control Module Rebuild
I have the dreaded ABS warning light syndrome on my 2000 S4. Has anyone used Circuit Solutions (see Ebay link) to have their control module rebuilt? If so, were you happy with the results. For $99 it seams like a good price.
Also, is it possible to drive the car with the control module removed. Obviously, the ABS won't work, but will the car start/drive?
Thanks!<ul><li><a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=795955877 2&category=33560&sspagename=WDVW">http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=795955877 2&category=33560&am

I drove my car for several weeks with the abs unit unplugged
Hell yea! Give it a try and let everyone know how it goes. $99 is worth a try considering I paid the dealer over $1k for a new abs unit. I only installed the control side of the new unit..

Good luck. I used the other guys on Ebay, AutoECU and they could not rebuild my unit. Just be sure -
that you can get your money back if they are unable to repair your unit. I never drove the car with the unit removed, unplugged yes. You probably can, I just didn't feel like taking the chance. Yes the car will start and drive. Let us know how it turns out if you choose to go with them.
