Abt coilovers

After STFA there was hardly any info on Abt kits. I was being offered a set virtually for free so felt it was worth a gamble. No, they're not hot - I opted for them as part payment for work I'd done for our German partner company. They just ordered them in & shipped them to me.
I only really wanted the fixed height kit but it'd been discontinued the week before I ordered them (of course). So it was coilovers or nothing.
They're made by KW & have fixed damping. Front springs appear extremely stiff when you disregard the tender spring. Any guesstimates on the main spring rate? Rears look more normal, maybe +50% over standard. Spring perches are precision-fit plastic with a metal reinforcement sleeve. Not that corrosion will be a problem here in Australia. Bump stops are both shorter than OE. Total rear shock length is about 20mm less than OE but the fronts are identical to standard.
Here's some pics of these mysterious beasts finally. Sorry, don't know how to post multiple pics, more in my picture poster.

abt huh?
Back in 98 when I had my gti vr6, abt was the absolute shizzy. some how they don't get play or air time they use too. they look nice but it I wouldn't be surprised if they were simply rebadged fks with a different spring color. I'm sure you'll like them eitherway.

They look like the Eibach Pro Street S Coilovers
They run about 500-600 lb springs all around, but no idea as to the ABT
The Eibach's use KW shocks, bumpstops, spring perches, helper springs etc and eibach main springs.
