Warranty? Are you high? No, it's not warranty unless the glass is defective.
 

It was $270 here in Houston (local company) -- if I'd shopped harder I probably could have beat that price a little bit. Specifically, PPG and S4 (vs. A4) windshields are a little more expensive though.

How are they different from the A4 windshields?

It has to do with the placement of the mirror mount...
 

...and IIRC, A4 windshields are only "H" rated to 130mph, while S4 windshields are "Y" rated to 186mph. =P

Actually, that's an auto-dimming mirror thing. Not really S4 vs. A4.
 

As not all S4s have the convenience package.
