Airbag light on
Hi guys, I am new to audiworld but I think there maybe someone here who has similar experience as me. I've got a 2001 B5 RS4, recently I've got the airbag light on. I use my VAG cable to read the code as below:
VAG-COM Version: Release 409.1-S
Control Module Part Number: 8D0 959 655 F
Component and/or Version: Airbag Front+Kopf 1001
Software Coding: 01304
Work Shop Code: WSC 02314
1 Fault Found:
65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error
00-10 -- - - Intermittent
I tried to clear it but it came up again. I read some thread about similar issues, some suggest to plug and unplug the air bag plug underneath the seat. however there are couple of connectors around. Can anyone advice which air bag (left or right) does it refer to? and how can I fix the problem?
many Thanks !

I'm by no means an expert, but in the research I've been doing for airbag related issues I think your problem is with the module. The fault code you have suggests that your module is bad. Probably need to replace it. Not the best scenario since new modules are pricey. I know for my A4 it is around $700 just for the module. Search the code and you'll get alot of information.
