Alignment theory: If we have 40' of negative camber, does that mean fron tires should wear unevenly?

My fronts with 11K miles are worn to no depth on the innermost tread, but not bad on 7/8 of the tire. Rears are fine.
The tires were probably NOT rotated ever since new (long story, sordid history)
Would this be normal under the circumstances given the significant negative camber spec, or is it indicative of an alignment problem?
Informed opinions preferred.

IIRC, Innovator said I had 1.6 degrees negative camber on mine
And I've got no noticable unusual wear. If anything I have more wear on the outside because of a number of track days. Maybe its just helping even things out ;-)

40 feet of negative camber? ;-)
Just kidding.
My H&R-lowered car has -1.3° of camber, and with 7K miles, my front AVS Sports were "slightly" more worn on the insides than the outsides. I rotated 'em.

You sir, do not corner fast enough!
Take it to a track. You'll never again worry about wear on the inside of the fronts.
I'd go for about 1-1.5 degrees more negative camber on track days...if I only could :-)
