With all this hype about the 335i coupe, you can't help but think of a variable vane turbo kit...

for B5 S4s. This variable vane technology is the next big thing in the turbo world, and I think with BMW and Porsche(997 Turbo) incorporating them into their new models, it will really start a tidal wave of development.
Having said that, think of the boundless possibilities of a VTG turbo kit for the 2.7T! If that Bangle 335i can put down 275whp with VTG turbos with its conservative tuning out of the box, just think what a B5 S4 would put down with even mild tuning?!?! I can already see those a55clowns from the Bimmer camp boast about how fast their 335s are once tuners like Dinan get their upgraded software out. I cringe at the thought!
Don't get me wrong, the ASP kit is very impressive, but costs a substansial amount as well. While BB GT25 snails have proven to be better than any K04, a larger-sized VTG turbo would blow those turbos out of the water(literally), with less lag! Now that'd be something worth spending my 8-10 Gs on!
Hopefully, some tuner out there will develop at VGT turbo kit before I get rid of my S4 and save me the heartache of selling it and buying something else!!
Speak on it, fellas...<ul><li><a href="http://paultan.org/archives/2006/08/16/how-does-variable-turbine-geometry-work/">Good Read on Variable Vane Turbos</a></li></ul>

Default I am calling it here first on Audiworld and this post shall live in infamy as I proclaim that BMW's
