With all the RS4 front bumper conversions i'm seeing lately, whats really the low down on cost?

Default With all the RS4 front bumper conversions i'm seeing lately, whats really the low down on cost?
approximately?

RS4 OEM Front bumper - ?
Miscellaneous parts (spacers/washers/nuts/bolts) - ?
Paint and finish - ?
Installation labor - ?

Mmmmmmmm...RS4 parts...panels, door, bumper...etc...

Default here is what ive found.....
For OEM bumper...with the washers..supports..mesh grille material..fogs...fogs brackets...basically everything you need..is around 1250. Then you will need to buy these spacers which i wouldnt think are more than 50 bucks..So install at that should be a no brainer. Paint will be the normal about 200 bucks...So your looking at mid range of 1400...I would assume..there is still more information that needs to be revealed..so we shall see.

But you haven't taken into account that the RS4 bumper mates to flared, wider fenders...

Default Install will cost more than that...
the bumper needs to be modified to accomodate the non-flared fenders of the S4. this is the tricky part and what adds a good deal of cost.

hmmmm...bottomline is the cost is in the downpipes territory.hmmmmmm&lt;shrug&gt;

Default Search for joshd@s4.org's install pics from yesterday...
he installed an OEM RS4 bumper with the stock fenders. That's what the spacers are for. ~;^)
