I saw El Cheng's post about how painful it is to be driving in stock form again. I now have 245 miles on my new Santorin. It is such a great car, even stock, that I am loving every minute in it. The thought that a few well-chosen mods (exhaust, chip, Bailey valves, maybe intake, and some suspension stuff) can transform this car into a stealth beast has got me reeling. Part of me is thinking " it's so great as it is, why bother to change it". But the devil in me is thinking about how to lure me into new worlds of pleasure, getting me hooked on that mainline hight of pure uncut horespower. It's a little like the feeling of anticipation the very first time I KNEW I was about to get laid!!!! Shees, what am I in for?
