All you Paint shop pro/ Photo shop gurus out there. Anyone know of a good online tutorial?

There are plenty of task-specific tutorials that help walk you through certain things ...
But for learning in general, there's no substitute (IMO) for actually using the application(s). Learning through discovery while working on something with an end-goal -- be it a graphic design, even something as simple as a sig pic, to post processing a photo -- is the fastest way to gain proficiency.
That said, I read the Photoshop Bible (book) a when I first got PS 4.0 a few years ago. It certainly shed light on some of the high-level features, and offered assistance with basic usage ... but it wasn't until I dove in that I actually picked up on things that make PS (or PSP) such a powerful tool.

Thanks for the input guys. I do realize that there is no substitue for just getting my hands dirty..
I just figured at the speed I am moving with my current project it would be usefull to learn a few of the tricks.
