Default already STFA: lean fuel on both banks, even with new fuel pump and pressure regulator... HELP!

Just picked up my car from local Audi service, they said the MAF was OK, but the fuel pump couldn't build enough pressure, so they changed it together with fuel pressure regulator (630 EUR total... URGH!). Guess what? The DTCs are back, i noticed they only come up after a mid-long range trip (at least 150miles). They're the "intermittent" ones, "lean mixture" on both banks. Oh, and now there's a new friend, something coming from the O2 lambda sensor, B1. I'm bringing my car back to them, but before I would like to focus on the major suspections:
- MAF (even if they said it's ok)
- F-hose
- o2 sensors (brrr they feel veeery expensive)
- what else?
Is there any particular test I should do through VAG-COM? I'm going to check block 032, as I read from a previous post on this subject. Is there anything else I should look at?
BTW, the car is a 1999 Euro spec S4 Avant, (before the one you call 1999.5). TIA

PS: please excuse me for my rough english!

Default fuel filter is new too. Anyway, just checked the MAF by myself and discovered that...

there's quite a HUGE gap between actual and spec values! Group I of block 211 is in the 148-150 area when group 2 is 260 g/s! I have got again the proof Audi service SUCKS...
Block 032: at idle both banks are about -3.5 (warm engine), at wot they are +15.6 (B1) and +17.2 (B2), i think it's not an enormous difference... but certainly the car is running lean at part/wot (I already knew that...). Is it normal to have a slightly rich mixture at idle?
TIA again...

Sounds like Audi just wanted to milk you for some money. Unplug MAF sensor and see what happens.
